Raised on our family farm in Traverse City, Michigan — grass-fed, grain-finished for rich marbling, and processed at a small local facility we've worked with for years.
Keep frozen until ready to use. Thaw in the refrigerator 24–48 hours before cooking. Cuts may vary slightly by season.
Nationwide orders ship Monday–Tuesday, frozen and vacuum-sealed with dry ice. Local Northern Michigan delivery runs every Friday. Saturday farm stand pickup in Honor is Saturdays 10 AM–6 PM (free). Nationwide free shipping on orders over $200. Friday local MI delivery free on orders over $150 ($15 under $150).
