What to Make With It
- Burgers — Form into patties, season with salt and pepper, grill or cast iron. The 80/20 ratio means incredible flavor and a perfect crust.

- Pasta Bolognese — Low and slow with tomatoes, wine, and aromatics. This is the ground beef that makes a difference.

Storage & Thawing
- Keep frozen until ready to use
- Thaw in refrigerator overnight — never on the counter
- Once thawed, use within 3–5 days
- Do not refreeze after thawing

Raised on our family farm in Traverse City, Michigan — grass-fed, grain-finished for rich marbling, and processed at a small local facility we've worked with for years.

Nationwide orders ship Monday–Tuesday, frozen and vacuum-sealed with dry ice. Local Northern Michigan delivery runs every Friday. Saturday farm stand pickup in Honor is Saturdays 10 AM–6 PM (free).
